WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We work from 2 locations. Our primary location is at Glenaven, between Crows Nest and Cooyar, just north of Toowoomba. This is where we find inspiration, work on our ideas and designs and manage the business. 

Our second location is at Sandgate, north Brisbane. Here we have a factory where we manufacture a lot of our Australian made products. Brisbane is our base for production and we have a lot of manufacturing contacts and colleagues here.

WHERE IS YOUR GEAR MADE?

Most of our gear is designed by us and manufactured by Brisbane based 57 Perches Stitchery, a textile factory that is also owned by us.

All our luggage items (bags, log book covers etc) are made locally, and we have a great team of local suppliers helping that happen. Making locally means we have better control over our supply chain and less out of stock issues.

Some of our products (such as tshirts, caps and other items) are imported, but we do all the product finishing ourselves. Some printing is done by us and some is done by other print specialists in Brisbane. Everything is checked, packed and distributed by us and we use only reputable suppliers.

WHAT IF I WANT SOMETHING SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT TO YOUR REGULAR STOCK?

We have a hands on approach to supplying stock so we are able to cater to small changes in our design. Ask us and we will look at your request. If we are able to help, it may take a little longer or cost you a little more. Some changes may include:

• A different style or colour tshirt to our usual range
• Your favourite truck branded onto a duffle bag, log book cover or other item
• Your company logo included in the design

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes! You can make changes to your order up until we post it. Just call us on 0402 984 939. Once posted, we can't do much about it, unless the item is returned to us in original packaging and condition. Phone us first though.

WHAT IS YOU RETURNS POLICY LIKE?

We will refund any item that is faulty from manufacture. We will exchange for change of mind. Our shipping and returns policy can be found here.

WHAT IS YOUR LUGGAGE MADE OF?

Our luggage is mostly made from 600gsm latex canvas, similar to the stuff they make truck curtains from. It's tough, it's weather resistant and it's fairly lightweight. We use all UV resistant trimmings and cotton to keep it tough.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY DUFFLE/LUGGAGE?

This stuff is super easy to clean! Just wipe it over with a damp cloth and mild detergent, either a household spray on cleaner, dish washing liquid in water, or even a bit of truck wash diluted in water will work.

WHICH SIZE SHIRT WILL I BUY?

Some of our shirt styles go all the way up to 5XL so there's bound to be one to fit you. All designs have size guides in the product page. Flick through the photos of the shirt you want to buy and you will find a size guide.
