A good range of events this weekend, from informal truck meets to a couple of established truck shows, we go all down the East coast and over to SA.

DRIVE 4 DEPRESSION TRUCK MEET - Brendale Mower Shop (Saturday)

We've had truck meets here before but this is the first for Drive for Depression. An evening meet, commencing at 5pm

5pm until late
Pizza & icecream trailers
An evening arranged by truckies and their families to raise awareness of mental health and provide support.

LONG WEEKEND AT GUNDAGAI - (Saturday & Sunday)

The last road run over Sylvia's Gap Road. Organised by ARTHC (Australian Road Transport Heritage Centre). Activities at the Gundagai Showgrounds.

Saturday night dinner (Bookings have closed - no more seats available)
Sunday Breakfast from 7am ($10)
Road run departs 10am. Convoy through main st of Gundagai, to Tumbalong, Sylvia's Gap Road, then back to showgrounds via Adalong & Tumut.
Trucks $30, cars & bikes $10
BBQ lunch, gold coin

ARTHC event details

ALEXANDRA TRUCK UTE & ROD SHOW - (Sunday)

This is always a big event on the truck show calendar. The event commenced in 1996 and has become bigger and bigger every year since. Community run, and raining funds for local services, the streets come alive for this weekend.
