Truck Shows This Weekend - January 31st to February 1st

With lots of the country experiencing fires and floods over the past couple of weeks, if you're in a position to, we recommend attending events that are still operating and supporting the organisers and charities they are raising funds for. Only one cancellation that we know of and that is the Deloraine Truck Show.

If you're in the Toowoomba area and a bit keen on old trucks and tractors, I suggest you head to the Hartwig & Bliss clearance sale at Meringandan. You'll find a huge range of trucks, tractors and farm machinery here and I doubt too many will be leaving empty handed.

Check out the Truck & machinery shows below, links and brochures are there and get out and see some trucks this weekend.

Wherever you see trucks this weekend, have a great time and don't forget your hat, sunscreen and water bottle.

TRUST AORAKI THUNDER DOWNUNDER SUPERTRUCKS - Timaru NZ (Saturday & Sunday)

This is one of New Zealand's biggest dates of the year on the racing calendar. The action-packed event will feature some of New Zealand's best racing classes, guaranteeing two days of high-speed thrills and excitement for the whole family.

Trucks on track from 9am both days
Weekend pass $40 adult or $25 for a one day pass. Under 16's are free with an adult

CRANK UP 2026 - Edendale NZ (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

Hosted by the Edendale Vintage Machinery Club and celebrating 80 years of Ferguson and 60 years of Toyota in New Zealand, this is an event that covers the whole family. Get in while the weather holds up and have a bit of fun looking at trucks, tractors and machinery.

GLENELG VINTAGE MACHINERY CLUB'S 2026 RALLY - Heywood (Saturday & Sunday)

Whatever old machines you're into, there will be something here for you. This is where all enthusiasts come together to share their love of bygone trucks, tractors, cars, bikes, stationery engines - you name it and it will probably be here. Throw in a bit of camping and you have all the ingredients for a great weekend, not to be missed.
